Who we are

What we collect
- Enquiry details you send us — the name, email address, subject, word count, deadline and assignment details you enter in our enquiry form. Submitting the form opens WhatsApp with your details pre-filled so you can send them to us; the details are only received by us when you send that message.
- Contact records — messages you send by email, WhatsApp or phone, kept so we can answer your questions and manage your order.
- Anonymised analytics — page views and performance measurements (see "Analytics and cookies" below). We do not use analytics to identify you.
Why we use it (lawful bases)
- To answer your enquiry and provide a quote — steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
- To deliver and support an order — performance of a contract.
- To improve the website and understand which pages are useful — legitimate interests, using anonymised data.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations — legal obligation.
Analytics and cookies
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies on your device, and we do not run third-party advertising trackers. We use two privacy-focused, cookieless analytics services:
- Cloudflare Web Analytics — aggregate page views and Core Web Vitals. No cookies, no cross-site tracking, no personal identifiers.
- Umami — aggregate page views, traffic sources and anonymous interaction events (for example, whether the WhatsApp button was used). Umami is cookieless and does not build a profile of you.
Because we do not use non-essential cookies, you will not see a cookie banner on this site.
Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only as far as necessary:
- Cloudflare — website hosting and content delivery.
- Umami — anonymous website analytics.
- WhatsApp (Meta) — if you choose to contact us through WhatsApp, your message is delivered through their service and is subject to their own privacy terms.
- Academic writers — the details needed to complete your order, shared under an anonymised order reference.
International transfers
Some providers process data outside the UK. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and order records are kept only as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal obligations, after which they are deleted. Anonymous analytics data is retained in aggregate form.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct inaccurate data;
- ask us to delete data we no longer need;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;

Children
Our services are intended for students aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
