Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use onestopassignmentsolutions.co.uk or engage us for any of our academic support services.
1. Who we are
References to "we", "us" and "our" mean OneStopAssignmentSolutions.co.uk. You can contact us at [email protected].
2. Our services
We provide academic support services, including:
- model answers and exemplar work for study and reference;
- research, structure and referencing support for essays, dissertations and coursework;
- proofreading and editing of your own drafts;
- referencing and formatting to a named style;
- research guidance and data interpretation;
- one-to-one tutoring.
Academic integrity. All material we supply is provided as a study and reference resource. It is not intended to be submitted as your own work. You are responsible for complying with your institution's academic-integrity policy and for how you use anything we provide. We do not write work for the purpose of being submitted as a student's own, and we may decline any request that would breach this clause.
3. Quotes, orders and payment
- Quotes are free and are based on the brief you provide (topic, length, level, deadline, referencing style).
- The quoted price is the final price for the work described. There are no hidden fees or checkout charges.
- Work begins once the brief and the agreed payment are confirmed.
- If you change the brief after work has started, we may need to revise the price or the delivery time — we will always confirm with you first.
4. Delivery and deadlines
We confirm a delivery time before you commit. If we cannot meet a deadline we will say so up front. If we ever miss an agreed deadline through our own error, contact us and we will put it right.
5. Revisions
If the delivered work does not reflect the original brief, you may request revisions within the applicable revision window at no extra cost. Requests should identify the specific points to be addressed. Revisions do not cover changes to the brief made after delivery.
6. Your responsibilities
- Provide complete and accurate instructions and any relevant materials.
- Use our services lawfully and in line with your institution's rules.
- Do not share, resell or redistribute material we supply as your own commercial product.
- Provide timely feedback so revisions can be completed before your deadline.
7. Cancellations and refunds
You may cancel an order before work begins for a full refund of amounts paid. Once work has started, refunds are assessed on the work completed and any costs already incurred. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
8. Intellectual property
On full payment, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the delivered material for your own study and reference. Copyright in third-party sources quoted within the work remains with their respective owners.
9. Confidentiality
We treat your personal information and order details as confidential, as described in our Privacy Policy. Orders are handled under anonymised references.
10. Limitation of liability
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from how you choose to use the material we provide. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this website to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to attempt to disrupt the site, or to misrepresent work supplied by us as original work for assessment. We may refuse or cancel any order that would breach these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
13. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
